Hi,
Şebap is not really a Takla variety.
It is just what we call the taklas that are kept for show purposes.
For performance guys like me they are not realy considered to be a significant part of the breed but a way to take easy way out.

So the Sebabs don't tumble like the other takla breeds??

They tumble.
However, we would not call that performance.
Similar to show rollers.
They will roll also, a few rolls but nothing close to what is expected out of a decent roller.
With in Şebaps you can also find birds that will have some what decent performance also but etremely rare.
Even if you find one of these birds it is very unlikely that it will pass exceptable performance qualities to its young.
Since these birds are selected with no regard to performance, only by their physical qualities and paired only to birds with similar physcal qualities, it will be very unlikely to get a decent bloodline going.
I would say, even the best performing Şebap will be a time bomb if inserted into any performance bloodline.
On the other hand, if you are looking for color, all Şebap colors exist in performance bloodlines also.
It is just going to be extremely difficult to get one of those birds.
If found one, extremely expensive to get.
