Hi,
If you can keep a healthy diet by frequently providing greens to your flyers the traditional feed is 100% wheat for the flyers.
If not then any feed mix with the minimum amount of oil would do.
Corn is first to go. Then if you can, I would stay away from mixes with flax (good seed to have for breeders though), safflower seed, sunflower seed, millet, Nyjer (thistle), milo and similar.
Peas (including Mung beans) are OK since the protein ratio is more balanced.
Lentils and radish seeds are fine.
If the feed includes oily seeds then I would also buy a seperate bag of wheat or oats and dilute the feed with them.
If you can find dried green peas it would be perfect even by it self.

Another question then, the flyers, do they get wheat all the year round. Or just in the fly season? And when only in the fly season, may they be allowed them during the winter corn? And when thy start to play, do they still geth 100 % wheat?

Well its depend on your birds each birds is different some bird burn a lots of energy will required more feeding and some not
I feed my flyers 4 days budgie mix and one day pigeon mix it doesn't matter how much the bird eat will always stay fit and light
In winter feed them pigeon mix every third day

I like to hear stories from/ or about people who have their birds fly purely on wheat.
