Since the chest and head color of this bird is not yellow but silver it is at times called Gümüş Açık Çilli.
Gümüş means silver referring to the head coloring.
This is not absence of the yellow chest in Miski or Açık Çilli but actually opposite of the coloring of Altınbaş.
As in silver replacing the gold coloring of Altınbaş on chest and head.

Tail marking is not called aynalı (mirrored) because it is all white.
For the marking to be aynalı there has to be at least one self colored feather at each end of the tail

Thanks a lot for the posting of all that great pics. The one under the name Kaplan is quite close to Kurgantubinskie Breed of Tajik's Tumblers. What is flight style of Kaplan? Are they charging coop?
Also I see albescent (whitish) strip on the outer tail feathers of Erased Smokey Blue. Is Smokey just a local term?
PS: May I post some pics on pigeon genetics forum?
